Inside this clay jug
there are canyons and
pine mountains,
and the maker of canyons
and pine mountains!

All seven oceans are inside,
and hundreds of millions of stars.

The acid that tests gold is here,
and the one who judges jewels.

And the music
that comes from the strings
that no one touches,
and the source of all water.

If you want the truth, I will tell you the truth:
Friend, listen: the God whom I love is inside.

Ifn him @jerome_braggs on instagram and on his website and on Facebook here. He shares amazing work around Healing Race Relations from a Mystics Perpective and true healing through self-love and discovery.

"My greatest advice (which is also the lesson it took me the longest to learn) : Leave no part of yourself left unloved by you, nor still afraid."

"Disease wasn't what was killing me. Fear, shame, and self-supression were. Disease was what saved me. Cause it made me wake up and heal."

Please enjoy and leave us a rating on iTunes. Reach out to me @artofloving and my website for support and healing.

Jerome Braggs, affectionately known as The Soul Medicine Man, is a gifted energy intuitive, channel, healer, transformational speaker, and spiritual teacher.

In 2005, Jerome Braggs was diagnosed with AIDS and kidney failure, then given forty-eight hours to live. On his deathbed, Jerome had a mystical experience where he met his own Soul, and was told the keys to total healing and well-being: truly love yourself, and align with the soul. That experience led him to an awakening journey where he learned how to truly love himself, and align with the consciousness and vibration of his soul, which resulted in the miraculous healing of his body, and the transformation of his entire life into something delicious and flourishing.

Today, Jerome uses his intuitive abilities, and the sacred wisdom he gained through his journey, to teach people around the world how to heal, live well, and flourish through the miraculous power of the soul medicines.

Intuitively guided in the moment, Jerome’s messages are revolutionary, and delivered with a big dose of love, laughter, and soul.

Jupiter in Scorpio – Breathing Under Water + Saying Yes to Healing

In today's episode my soul crush is Jupiter in Scorpio and all the painful blessings in disguise we are asked to live through to learn the hard lessons in life.

I share some words of wisdom from my friend and astrologer Heidi Rose Robbins on Jupiter in Scorpio and how I have been working with this energy as it is in my natal chart. I also share words from my sister and collegue Susanna Harwood Rubin on her experience navigating breast cancer, some poetry on grief by Jan Richardson and musings on explore the darkness, the shadows, and truth telling on the path of living in our Truth.

For most of us this has been a challenging year to feel our ways through, adn still is. My wish is that this episode leaves you with some relief and connection to the Truth that we are all all One Body. That your feelings matter and can help create beautiful change and transformation, and that we are all saying YES to the surrender and resurrections we are asked to in this life step by step. Soul Crush Ep. 6 Mirabai Starr - Mother of God Abiding in the Mystery

On this new moon in Cancer, my Soul Crush is spiritual teacher and author Mirabai Starr. We explore shame, the voice, being "too much" and "not enough", the marriage of contemplative work and social activism as well as how to keep showing up, even amidst our own pain and suffering. It was an honor and a joy to connect with Mirabai and I have a feeling you will LOVE her deep wisdom and years of devotion to the path of transformation through loss, writing and honoring the Divine Feminine. Find her on her website and Facebook and join her for a retreat or online course, you will receive so much Grace, I'm sure.

Mirabai Starr is the author of the long-anticipated memoir, CARAVAN OF NO DESPAIR: A Memoir of Loss and Transformation. In her critically acclaimed new translations of the mystics and reflections on the unifying teachings at the heart of all spiritual paths, Mirabai uses fresh, lyrical language to help make timeless wisdom accessible to a contemporary circle of seekers.

In 1972, Mirabai’s mother, father, and her younger brother and sister uprooted from their suburban life and embarked on an extended road trip that led them through the jungles of Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula, where they lived for many months on an isolated Caribbean beach, and ended in the mountains of Taos, New Mexico.  There, the family embraced an alternative, “back-to-the-land” lifestyle, in a communal effort to live simply and sustainably, values that remain important to Mirabai to this day.

As a teenager, Mirabai lived at the Lama Foundation, an intentional spiritual community that has honored all the world’s faith traditions since its inception in 1967.  This ecumenical experience became formative in the universal quality that has infused Mirabai’s work ever since. Mirabai was an adjunct professor of Philosophy and World Religions at the University of New Mexico-Taos for 20 years.  Her emphasis has always been on making connections between the perennial teachings found at the heart of all the world’s spiritual paths, in an effort to promote peace and justice.

Mirabai speaks and teaches nationally and internationally on the teachings of the mystics and contemplative practice, and the transformational power of grief and loss. She is available for interviews, speaking engagements, workshops and contemplative retreats. She lives in the mountains of Northern New Mexico with her husband, Jeff Little (Ganga Das). Between them, Mirabai and Jeff have four grown daughters and six grandchildren. Mirabai’s youngest daughter, Jenny, was killed in a car accident in 2001 at the age of fourteen. On that same day, Mirabai’s first book, a translation of Dark Night of the Soul, was released. She considers this experience, and the connection between profound loss and longing for God, the ground of her own spiritual life.

Soul Crush Ep. 5 w Lisa Levine – Magic of Motherhood, Amma Love + the Power of Laughter

"The connection to Spirit, coming from a culture that is so totally traumatized by religion, just having a different kind of connection and sharing that with people is such a gift."

"That's part of life too, we fall apart. We die and then we are reborn again, these are the cycles. Same thing with sorrow to joy, joy to sorrow. This is the human experience, we're all having the same human experience and we can laugh about it too, and see how funny it is because it is quite ridiculous being a human. It's helpful to laught at it."  – Lisa Levine

In todays episode my soul crush is longtime friend and healer Lisa Levine. We share lots of LAUGHTER and get into the power of healing, writing our prayers and slowing down, the spiritual growth of parenting, the intensity of Kali, Amma the hugging saint, and the magic of motherhood as an energetically sensitive woman.

Soul Crush Ep.4 Spirit Weavers Gathering - Kundalini Shakti + the Path of the Feminine

My Soul Crush on episode 4 is a gathering called Spirit Weavers. I'll explore what it means to me to walk the path of the feminine, Kundalini Shakti, the father wound, addiction, death and the beauty and power of women coming together to create, command, heal and awaken to our innate gifts and ways of serving this world in reverence to the Earth we walk upon.

Spirit Weavers Gathering is a five day celebration of cultures past and present,  a remembering and practicing of basic human skills to ensure the survival of the body and the soul. Farming practices, working with fibers, weaving, creating ceremony, sharing meals at night and dreams in the morning, the making of plant medicines- singing songs, together as a community- these were the common knowledge ways and part of the simple pleasures of a life lived in balance and harmony with nature. Let us gather together as Women and share our skills in remembrance of the beauty path and an honoring of our Ancestors.
